Ik had via Bol.com een Casio G-Shock GW-M5610U-1BER horloge besteld, dat vrijdag geleverd zou worden. Toen ik het later die avond uitpakte, zag ik echter dat het een ander model was, namelijk de GW-5000U-1. De volgende werkdag heb ik meteen gebeld en uitgelegd dat ik het horloge voor mijn vakantie had gekocht en dat ruilen voor mijn vertrek niet meer ging. Ze gaven aan dat het hun fout was en ze zeiden dat ik het horloge gewoon mocht houden.

Super blij met de oplossing en de klantenservice. Fijn dat ze me zo goed hebben geholpen!

Netjes verpakt enkel niet volgens de snelle verzending service die gepromoot wordt (voor 17:00 uur besteld volgende dag bezorgd) heeft toch wel 5 dagen geduurd helaas. En een gebruiksaanwijzing zit er ook niet bij. Voor de rest blij mee 😃

New to me Seiko 5. Just received it from Jeweler Van Dam. Watch arrived quickly, packaged beautifully, and with a treat. Dutch Stroopwafels. Never had one. A few days after it arrived, I loved it so much I ordered another one just with a silver dial.

Very Happy with my brand new Watch! I ordered to have the watch shipped to UK and shipping was very quick and it was tracked so I was provided with regular updates to my order. Van Dam also put in a free pack of stroop waffles! They are my favourite snack. Thank you Van Dam. I would definitely recommend Vam Dam jewlers.
