It took 5 days for delivery instead of one day, order today at home tomorrow doesn’t work with them.

I have lost over 60€ worth of meat because that delivery took too long.

Do not trust seller.

I should have newborn party yesterday and I had to order pizza instead of making my own meat from oven, all was lost.

Customer support didn’t answer, bol didnt care. Bol just told me to wait day after day, be careful with ordering product from this seller, their customer phone doesn’t work also.

Box came damaged, delivery was delayed, support didn’t answer and didn’t send email back.

If I could I will place zero star but it’s not possible.

Na een snel defect begon het contact met het bedrijf wat stroef. Maar daarna is het super opgelost. We hebben een nieuwe ontvangen en deze werkt super!

Slecht product gekregen, benieuwd hoe ze dit willen oplossen.

Nieuw product gekregen, oude mocht ik houden, verliep soepel en goed contact. Doe dit wel via de mail, niet via het appnummer via bol.

Benieuwd of het product ditmaal goed blijft.

Ik gebruik een COOK-IT product al bijna twee jaar met veel plezier. Er is een technisch probleem opgetreden voordat de garantie was verlopen. Het Media Evalution stuurde snel een nieuwe. Kwaliteitsproduct gecombineerd met perfecte after-sales. Ik raad het aan.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the blinder I purchased . Clearly and concisely described the issues with the product, including specific defects or problems i encountered.To make matters worse, your company's handling of my complaint has been completely unacceptable. I contacted customer service on regarding this issue. Each time, I was met with long delays and a frustrating back-and-forth communication process that seemed designed to avoid actually resolving the problem. Instead of addressing the defects in the product, i representatives repeatedly tried to push for a refund, which does not resolve the issue of the defective product.
I am writing this review to warn other potential customers about the poor quality of the product and the complete lack of support provided by seller nor the customer service. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

Ik bestelde een stoomreiniger via bol.com. Deze zou geleverd worden door PostNL. Helaas liep er bij PostNL vanalles mis en had ik een maand later nog steeds geen stoomreiniger. Ik nam contact op met media evolution en kreeg de dag zelf nog antwoord. Ik krijg zonder problemen een nieuwe opgestuurd.
