Vorig jaar heb ik samen met Wilko mijn website gebouwd. In het begin verliep alles soepel. Ik had na afloop van de oplevering een strippenkaart gekocht zodat ik bij evt vragen of problemen zijn hulp kon inroepen. Nadat ik eind september mijn tweede strippenkaart bij hem heb gekocht, blijkt hij niet meer bereikbaar! Niet meer telefonisch en hij reageert ook niet via de mail. Inmiddels ben ik al 3 maanden aan het proberen om contact te krijgen of mijn geld terug te krijgen. Tot nu toe helaas zonder succes. Mijn advies: ga niet met deze man en dit bedrijf in zee. Ik start momenteel een juridisch proces op en heb helaas ook een nieuwe webbouwer moeten zoeken.

Wilko maakt al jaren websites voor mij. Hij is ter zake kundig en heeft een diepgaande kennis van WordPress en beschikbare plugins. Zijn eigen T-shirt websites doen het goed, dus het is geen theoretische kennis. Wilko heeft voor mij de koppeling tussen website, webwinkel en opleidingssysteem gerealiseerd. Verder heeft hij ervaring met marketing. Je krijgt waar voor je geld.

In mijn ervaring krijg je het beste resultaat wanneer je een fysieke of skype afspraak maakt en je op dat moment samen achter de pc kruipt. Wilko houdt die tijd dan voor je vrij. Dat kost je als website eigenaar wat tijd, maar die verdient zich direct terug. Alles wordt direct gemaakt en er zijn dan geen losse eindjes meer.
