Dramatisch! In de afgelopen 4 jaar hebben wij trouw t-shirts afgenomen van deze partij. Echter vielen er op een gegeven moment letters van de t-shirts van onze klanten AF. Na veel heen en weer gebel, kon niemand mij antwoord geven over hoe dit kon gebeuren. Na later weer terug te bellen, konden ze eindelijk aangeven dat zij veranderd waren van 'zeefdruk'. Prima. Alleen zit ik nu nog met een flinke bestelling aan verkeerd gedrukte t-shirts. Daarbij kloppen sommige maten ook niet, of hebben ze de bedrukking op de "borsten" gedrukt. Zo hebben we ook nog meerdere verschillende M-maten ontvangen. Ze zijn niet (!) bereid hierin tegemoet te komen en daarbij heb ik ook nog een factuur mogen ontvangen voor deze nieuwe zeefdruk aanschaf. Ongelofelijk, dat er na 4 jaar zo met je om wordt gegaan als 'klant'. Zeker als deze klant (wij dus), nog bereid waren om er samen uit te komen. Dramatisch!!!!!!!!!

Onduidelijk op welke locatie jullie zitten. Bij de zoekopdracht YourStyle Utrecht kwam ik bij jullie terecht. Vervolgens dacht ik dat ik naar jullie winkel ging, echter bleek dit een andere drukkerij te zijn.

Supersnelle service, moest hesjes met bedrukking hebben, dag na Pasen besteld 2 dagen later klaar. Top!!!
